The Little Lady

The Little Lady

The most tender and mild it is
One thing that makes them feel at ease
A thing so precious that she gives
Never makes them feel enough at least
The crowd has grown greedy like a beast
They betrayed her with a kiss
And took away her eternal bliss
Then the little lady silently ceased
The smile in her face has vanished
Her strength was greatly diminished
Abandoned, neglected like rubbish
When trust turned into ashes
In the midst of the autumn breeze
She weeps hoping for peace
Yet nobody seems eager to glimpse
Eventough she deserves to be pleased
